Q: When will my unit be collected?
A: A collection date will have been arranged at the point of booking. If the unit has not been collected on the specified date please contact the call centre as soon as possible to arrange.

Q: How long will my repair take?
A: Repair takes 5 working days, dependant on parts.

Q: My unit is awaiting parts. When will it be returned?
A: Part orders take between 5 to 10 working days unless there is a delay on available stock.

Q: My unit is awaiting despatch. When will it be despatched?
A: The unit should be delivered within 2-3 working days.

Q: I need to change my delivery address. How do I amend this?
A: Please contact us to amend your delivery address.

Q: What will happen if I am out when delivery is attempted?
A: The courier will leave a calling card for you to ring them direct to arrange an alternative date of delivery, or alternatively, they will attempt the next working day.
